Payment Policy: We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards except for American Express.
Cancelation Policy: If you need to reschedule the appointment, please provide 24 hours notice.
Insurance Policy: Currently we don’t provide Insurance Billing services. At your request, we will provide you with a Superbill that presents the proper IDC codes and documentation regarding treatment, which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. This applies to all Healthcare Insurance Plans, including Healthcare Savings Accounts or Flexcare Plans, covering out of network acupuncture service.
